For ages, India has often been looked down upon by the West as the land of snake charmers. Despite having made significant progress in the field of information technology and economy, we are often portrayed as a country riddled with poverty, superstition and communal divide. But, the sad part is many of our own country folks think like this.
But this Polish woman is shattering all the stereotypes about India in a classy way. Clad in a yellow sari, Karolina Goswami in her video highlights India’s change from a state attacked by interior strife amid Partition to one of the quickest developing economies on the planet. She starts by reviewing the noteworthy acquisitions of British goliaths Corus, Jaguar Land Rover and Tetley by Indian conglomerate Tata, and how it made swells in United Kingdom.
Born in Poland Karolina visited India just three years ago and fell in love with it. Married to an Indian national, she claims to be enjoying her life in a country which is full of contrasts.
If a woman, a complete stranger to our country, settles here without complaining but rather accepting as India is and wants to be a part of the change. Why can’t we? Is it too much to ask for?
